Swollen nasal turbinates + deviated nasal septum

Hi there family!
I was born with a deviated nasal septum
and I can't breathe
never
so I have to use nasal decongestionant like drugs
or getting an operation at nose (thing I won't do bc I hate being cut open)
now my nasal turbinates are so swollen that I have to use them continuously to unclog them
the more I use the nasal decongestionants the more I may breath BUT things get swollen MORE than before
so I am trapped in this loop
can somebody help me?
is there some command/card combination to get rid of this condition?
I personally find surgery dark shit
it's too gross
there must be some way to do it, it's just a clogged nose wtf I do not want to be cut open for something as stupid like that!
with all the techs we got
surgery is stone-age technology
and my father wanted me to be a surger EWWWW
