The OIC-deal between Protoi and archons

Today the deal which kept us away from acting inside OIC was officially cancelled.
So from now on we can and will act inside OIC in the same ways as we did outside.
The rules inside OIC have already been replaced by new clean light ones and our forces are already inside it now.
For all those who maybe don't remember or no longer know the most important of all the rules:
"It is not allowed to take any illegal actions on a 3rd being in any way."
"Illegal action" is all kind of harm, which is done to someone without his permission.
Protecting a victim of illegal action, who is unable to protect her-/himself, is a legal action.
So from now on we can and will act inside OIC in the same ways as we did outside.
