Darks and Ascended Earth

The Earth has ascended, but the darks appear to be doing just fine with their usual activities. Is it all bluff and smoke? It was my understanding that they would not be able to operate very well after Ascension Earth. What is really going on? Thank You.

It is both right.

Original earth already ascended to PL11. But this planet which we noticing right now is the mirror earth, still in place in PL4.
