Layer 0)
Guys chucking slime on other guys around some pipes, explosions going off somewhere, just general chaos..
I see many pipes, and slime just dripping out of all of them.. I think it's getting pushed out .. somehow. Maybe there's guys pushing it out, or maybe there's some process started which forces it out..
I think I see many enemy tanks around, firing "slime balls" at us, from many different directions. But these slime balls are really nasty, they're really a bunch of compressed beings/bugs all in one ball, so when it hits you, they all come out .. really nasty (and crawl all over you..)
I think I also see now, a large mothership hovering above the battlefield, and dropping an extremely large "layer" of slime, as large as a football field, all over everything ...
And this scenario appears to be repeating itself with many other battlefields, and many other "motherships"..
I can also see some birds flying around (they look like ravens), but they are "slime-birds", they are covered in slime, but still flying. They're dripping slime all over the place as they fly over everything, but also, the slime is a kind of defence-mechanism. When you fire at one of these birds with a laser-gun, the slime somehow instantaneously reacts with the laser-fire and somehow "zaps" the one doing the firing.. pretty nasty stuff. So, some of them are being brought down with nets.. and also our own tanks are firing our own kind of slime at them, a kind of electrical, disabling-slime that disables their circuits and brings them down.. but there is many targets in the sky to fire at..

Layer I)
Many of these battles appear to be taking place in dilapidated, run-down, dirty, dark slums and alleyways. There's many firefights everywhere. Up to a point, it seems like fairly low-grade urban warfare. There's snipers in nests up above, hidden in broken-down old buildings; our tanks start to roll in to clear them out.. in response, thousands and millions of rats seem to swarm out of nowhere, coming out of some hidden holes and hiding-places, and start to swarm our positions.. our heavy-weapons arrive to deal with these rats..flamethrowers and heavy guns to pepper the buildings around, where many dark attackers cower and hide in the shadows. There's many layers to this battle; it appears to take place in many different parallel alleys, simultaneously.. some dark bots in the air appear and drop pepper spray over us, from high above.. heavy water cannons are used to try and neutralise the ambient, and also thereafter used in the clearing of the buildings..

While the aboveground battles are taking place, similar fights are also occurring underground, below the many dilapidated structures above. Here, there's many rats scurrying around, and much less room to fight. Similarly, the air is filled with a poisonous gas to try and drive us out, but we have some kind of gas-clearing agent to neutralise it, and we press on..the networks down below are extremely complex and numerous, but it seems that they eventually link up with the aboveground locations.. it appears as though all the rats and shit down below will eventually be driven upwards, to meet with our forces above.. similarly, any fleeing shit up above will have no escape down below, where our guys are already waiting.. (and also bringing the battle forward).

There seem to be many dark helicopters flying around, these are forced to the ground with a kind of steel netting, where they are forced to be in the "killzone", rather than escape above.. this chaos continues on all "levels" (in the air, aboveground, and belowground) and is extremely loud..

Layer II)
I see many of our guys literally crawling/moving through many tight tubes (they look like "Willy Wonka" tubes), and they emerge in these "cloudy worlds" above, that seem only accessible through the tubes. They emerge and start firing at the bastards hiding up here, who for sure thought no one would ever find them..

Having been discovered, one of these "cloud worlds" sends down an army of nearly-invisible insects, they are very dangerous, clawing, stinging insects, and they attack viciously and swarm us nearly instantly. Many of the other "cloud worlds" are dropping down countless numbers of these insects through their tubes, as well. Soon, the "peaceful" area where the bottom end of the tubes are located becomes filled with these insects.. our guys start to disassemble them one-by-one.. and it seems they get reworked, and turned into a special kind of bombs.. they are sent back up the tubes, into the cloud-worlds, and then they explode there.. since they are made of the "same stuff" as the cloud-worlds, they do tremendous damage there, ripping big holes in the "fabric" of the worlds. This causes a "bleeding effect" on the energy of these worlds. When a great deal of energy has been bled-out by the cloud-worlds, previously invisible structures begin to appear underneath each of the cloud-worlds, kind of like "supporting structures" that were holding them up (but were completely invisible). They look like houses.. Once revealed, the supporting-houses get torched and destroyed.. as they fall, the cloud-worlds they supported above them falls too, and begins to suffer tremendous damage, collapse, and cracking..

There are MANY of these cloud-worlds and connecting supporting-houses. They're all being destroyed and brought down now. It seems that many of them were arranged in a circular pattern, around a gigantic "pit", or hole in space. It appears that there is a tremendous invisible structure located in this pit, but it hasn't been fully revealed yet..

Layer III)
Our guys are riding in the "desert" on quad bikes, while firing upon a very large, spinning, shimmering structure in the middle of the desert. This structure, which appears as a gigantic silver "space station" (although in the desert), is sustaining incredible fire; including fire from our airships. Slowly, cracking begins to appear in its hull, and it opens slightly - producing a blinding light, followed by some orange molten stuff pouring out and beginning a counterattack. This orange molten stuff seems to be filled with beings.. it is somehow "alive". It traverses the desert very quickly, and heads toward our positions.. as it gets closer, it seems to take the form of a "molten-slime monster" and begins snarling and attacking.. similar other slime monsters also attack our airships.. the 'space station' appears to be full of the stuff..

There appears to be many other similar stations in other deserts, and they are also getting attacked now.. there are also similar stations located above, high in space, and they are also getting attacked..

Layer III.0)
The ambient is still filled with dangerous sharp objects, but we seem to have developed a technology for our ships, that, if we fly carefully, we can travel right through these objects with zero damage.

It appears we are targeting certain critical areas to detonate the wall, by setting off a chain-reaction.. (there are many, many "walls", all over the place..)

Layer IV)

It seems that we are flying over some kind of super-secret "palace" which is guarded and protected by a very thick, green minefield. As we fly over, mines are constantly exploding and trying to damage us and our ship. There are probably millions and millions of these green mines producing a layer that covers the top of the palace. We start to fire intently at them, destroying them ourselves, in an effort to clean this place up and get good access to the palaces below.. there appear to be a few more palaces, including one above..

Layer V)

It appears as though we are chasing some shit through a complex underground subway network (with multiple vertical levels). But the shit keeps escaping by taking a "train" at the right time, trains are constantly rumbling through these tunnels, unpredictably; but the shit knows exactly which trains to take and when to avoid us. We're starting to close in all around this entire subway network, but the shit still remains uncaptured, deep inside. We're starting to penetrate deeper into the network, into all its nodes and hiding-places, to pressure the shit into having no place left to go.. we have some kind of "squeezing" technology that penetrates deeper and deeper, filling all gaps and pathways as it goes, reducing the "traversable" part of the network, more and more..

Layer VI)
We seem to have located an extremely complex military or other-type "air base". These are countless, thousands and thousands and possibly many more, buzzing flying machines; but they are buzzing and flying so quickly, from place to place, that we can hardly see them at all, much less get a fix on them to efficiently bring them down (picture a chamber filled with many buzzsaws, all at full power and acting extremely randomly and unpredictably; if you insert a finger in there you're likely to lose it). However, we seem to be in control of most of their available "airspace", and are closing in on the rest of it; the micro-level remains undeciphered. It is as though they are operating on a completely different "wavelength" or frequency to us (or similar, using some kind of technology), that makes them hard to see as they fly, and also makes them appear to fly extremely quickly, faster than the eye can see.
However, it seems that we have begun to "hack" their network, and begun deciphering their encryption/technology, which allows us to get a real proper fix on their planes, which are now flying in "slow-motion" (or maybe this is the normal speed) compared to previously. Only parts of the "buzzing matrix" have been decrypted so far, and this portion is steadily increased.. the decrypted planes are fired upon and destroyed.. and then pulled out of the network. Following this, further processing of the removed planes commences. This is taking place all over.. the "airspace" of these buzzing planes was an extremely wide and large space, with many planar curves.
