Racing bar charts have become popular recently and I thought it'd be entertaining to watch something similar related to the forum. So, I collected some data and created the following videos just for fun:

number of posts, entire history until 2020-08-28, all users

number of posts, 2018-08-28 - 2020-08-28, all users

number of posts, entire history until 2020-08-28, users who posted at least once in the last two years

Remark: how many posts a user has submitted is shown in the "User statistics" section of their profile page and on the left part of their posts. However, if the "Search user's posts" link is clicked on, the result set contains a few less posts in some cases.
Numbers in these videos are based on posts that can be found with "Search user's posts".

Remark2: this very topic of mine was already submitted yesterday, but I found a few mistakes about the numbers so I rather had this topic deleted, recreated and reuploaded the videos with the correct numbers today and reopened this very topic.

Remark3: Unfortunately, still not everything is perfect. In the second video, Anton's last forum post is missing. His number is 1492 while in reality (and in the other two videos), 1493 is the correct value. I'll fix this tomorrow and replace the link above, once the correct video is uploaded to youtube.

I think I agree with you; adding that "one" to the value isn't really worth it -- even more so because I wouldn't want to lose any more comment, be it here or there ;-). Yesterday, a comment of Drack's was lost but the inaccuracy was significant therefore I just had to restart. But this remaining discrepancy is really minor and it is well documented so we can live with it. :-) By the way, just so you know, Drack cheered the videos, as well. :-)

Very interesting to see the beginnings of the forum. Just a handful people and most of them gone by now. But the ones that are still here can be considered as the pillars of the forum, whether they write much or not (and of course I don't mean Frank or myself with this). I can't thank them enough for being here with us.

Corrected version: who were the most active in the previous 60 days?

This is a corrected version of the previous similarly titled video:
- users with one post at a time period are shown (when there is enough room)
- counter for total posts is shown
- it's free from temporary freezes (or at least far fewer and shorter ones are present only)
- it goes one week further (until 2020-09-19)
