I think the only diferent thing wich i perceive until now... is my digestive system.. im taking shits way more frecuently

My digestive system has been just fine for a long time, but I usually take a nap in the afternoon, about 2pm. It's usually an overwhelming tiredness. I HAVE to have this nap. It varies of course on my "sleep schedule" which is very prone to changes
But in the last few days I have had this strong urge to nap at 2pm (and it can last for hours...)
But today, no strong urge to nap. I kept thinking, oh, I should probably get tired now, and I was only a tiny bit tired, but not enough to compel me to have a nap. I usually wait for lots more data before formulating an opinion, because one small observation might not mean much. But I'll keep an eye on it
