Connection to official OIC "filing department"

The OIC has an official "filing department". If some OIC incarnated one for example wants to finish a deal, he/she has to submit the order to revoke this deal to this office.

BUT all OIC incarnated ones signed a deal which prohibits all connected higher parts to forward anything from the 3d person to this "filing department". So in fact this is not a possible way to finish any deal or to get any other information to this office! And also the possibility to pass information from this office to a 3d person is blocked by deals.

I have installed a connection to this "filing department" to solve this problem.
It is a direct connection, which I have attached to the following picture I created for this purpose.
If you open/see this picture, it will need about 2-3 seconds to establish the connection to the "filing department".

After this you just need to speak your order and it gets submitted.
