i took the time to check up all my problem-persons i had throughout my life, especially in school, which were a ton of people.

it´s still not done yet, there is a big bunch of BS connected to that but this already feels way much better, and since it got quieter (with cognition there is always noise, "stress" in some sort, pressure or anything else, in a not-so-easy-to-describe way) i could fall sleep directly

idk how this goes for now, i´ll see it tomorrow when i slept, but for now this changed quite alot. i hope for the better.

Many connections need an order with special full 3d status to cut them.
That's why in the past you needed to say cut connections to person x or y or z...

I now found a way to create for everyone a list with all connections,
and all in the list will get the needed 3d status from me.

To cut all connections (most now, some may be done later),
you need to request the list from me here.
I will send it to your SKIB.
After that you need to order your skib to cut all connections in the list.

Obviously this is atm. only working for Alliance members,
as only they have a skib.

About connections:
Never ever give any command to connect to "what- or whomever"!!!!

If you don't connect to some unique defined and protected name or thing
for sure traitors and darks will catch the opportunity to connect to you and
put dark shit into you.

I did do the command to "cut all connections in the list" but I'm not sure if it worked. ^^ (Luckily?) I did not have any extreme reaction to it like Drack had.
