Yes, I also noticed tendency to increased 'break-out' for the first 2 weeks or such. But it decreased again and today slightly higher than pre-PIT currently (but skin also feel softer)

Rash/redness does not seem to dissapear yet. I will monitor a few more days and if not dissipating (or instead increasing) will stop PIT until further. Perhaps I have some sensitivity or lighter contraindication after all.

I had the same problem, extreme pimples in the beginning. Now still here and there a few but not as intense as it was in the beginning. Not really a rash though, more like those really bad under the skin hurtful pimples. Like plenty of them at the same time. Now the appear here and there still, but not many at the same time.

I got some of this recently.. but aparently ive been doin t wrong..

i order a pearlgonite to start pit in the beggining. and i started drinking it three times a day... but, someine told me aarently u have to order each time u drink it?

Hey juu, you only need to order it once, pit runs 24/7.

I also came across this information today, but the first post is marked "PIT - Outdated" so I'm assuming it isn't recommended/useful anymore. It sounds like it was powerful and I have a bottle of 12% Lugol's (I've tried it on high and low doses in the past, although not anything like this high, hence its ineffectiveness! I put drops just on the skin and also took it internally). Maybe the new healing modalities are more effective?
