I may have strongly understimated this music and/or somehow I was always distracted from using it. I'm going to try to listen to this exclusively now, in hopes that it maybe will help me with some of my major problems.

Since I wrote this, I have almost not listened to this music. Maybe I'm a hypocrite, maybe I got influenced to not listen to it, maybe both. Since it was stated, that bad sound quality affects the healing negatively, I'm kind of assuming that volume does too -- if it's too quiet, is it not useful anymore? Also, if I for example watch a video or play a game with sound, while simultaneously listening to the music, will this negatively affect the healing? To me personally, this is a big factor, because most of the time I "need" to do as many things at the same time as possible, I could never "just" listen to music, so I get more value out of my time... So I often play games while also watching a video at the same time and having healing music run in the background quietly... :text-lol:

Hi Anton :greetings-waveyellow:

Frank said somewhere that you can put on the healing music and just carry on with your day/activities. In other words, it's fine to have it going on as background music. He said it didn't have to be at a very high volume, but audible. That's what I recall. So you could be doing household chores, working at your laptop, out shopping etc. Based on those examples, I think video games are okay as long as the sound from them isn't over-powering the music.

(On a side note: with the download healing video you can use no volume but the video should be in range of your vision in the space you're in while it's running).

Yes, but that was for a different healing music that had quite different kinds of cleaning modules I think.

I do for some reason tend to listen to this particular healing a little louder. I could see it effecting the cleaning, vibration overall.

97.3 works great for me.

I woke up on shitmas morning with anxiety driven, polluted thoughts, just horrible. :confusion-seeingstars: I sense these thoughts were heavily influenced because some of them were illogical while others tied up to past memories...well, they just kept coming and coming. darks know how much I despise this time of the year, so an attack at shitmas was somewhat expected. :laughing-rolling:
I was looking forward to my quiet, alone time but it wasn't going to happen. :laughing-rolling:

Within a minute or two of listening to this music today, I started crying. Surprisingly, I don't have the same reaction when I listen to the other healing music (except for the nervous system healing module).
