Is the number of battlefields growing in the pace that Protoi choose to extend cleaning and actively engage in battles. Or is it the other way around - darks actively pursuing battles?

From previous battle chats and lockbox messages it would sounds rather that darks are in a 'go and hide'-mode and that the former would the case (Protoi choose pace in which to extend cleanings and darks engage when they realize they cannot avoid it.)

If i would have to guess its the more shit they clean the less resistance they have so the more they can expand because of the weakened systems of the darks.Looks like exponential chain reaction crumble from the numbers.

For a while now, Schuman shows frequent actions every few minutes (~18 min) shown in the diagram as interval-lines (which are getting more pronounced and stronger than before).
