1. All personalities are in a reduced-functionality mode, it is easier to get things to their optimal state
under these conditions.


2. The time-tick of 3D has been temporarily slowed-down for all on the planet (except perpetrators
who use their own stolen time-ticks anyway). This has the unintended side-effect of causing all perpetrators
to burn through greater quantities of stolen ticks in order to remain 'in sync' with the rest of the property.
(Desync is very dangerous for the vast majority of perpetrators)


3. All leftovers have been given a small quantity of personal energy storages to get them through the periods
where no external energy supplies will be provided (there will be multiple such periods in the coming hours
and days).


4. All perpetrators have been shifted to a low-powered part of the property infrastructure.


5. All traitors have been finally disconnected and severed permanently from any semblance of our
infrastructure and benefits provided by us, of all and every kind whatever.


6. All functions of leftovers are on a special 'timed mode'; if they fail to fulfill their specified function
within a certain short period of time (long enough by all expectation and simulation to do the job);
the function will be immediately removed and a new one developed in its place, this will be repeated
as often and as long as necessary until all functions are consistently doing the jobs they are supposed to do.


7. The time-tick has been modified in specific ways known only to the Rules-Examiner.


8. There is a small addition to the time-tick that is only beneficial or usable by leftovers.


9. Certain very painful cycles that used to be run by our own OORP structures are in the process
of being completely dismantled. The average time for this is 1-2 days to completely remove these cycles,
in the worst cases 3-4 days should be expected.

1. Experimental healings and pain-removal-methods are currently in play for almost all leftovers
(those that are not currently compatible will be made compatible in a few hours).


2. Experimental sexual-trauma removal is running for 93% of all leftovers.


3. Experimental health changes to the energetic body and the connected OORP structures is running
in 12% of leftovers (more will be added shortly).


4. In about 3 hours, severe provocations on the nonphysical 3D levels will begin. No speck or corner
of the globe will be free from the reach of these provocations.


5. The removal of simulated, repeated trauma of all kinds is running in 3% of leftovers (more will be
added to this process every hour).


6. Some individuals are having their 'harmful OORP cycles' removed at an accelerated rate, where this
was found to be possible (~7% of leftovers and increasing gradually).


7. All previous day-x plans and infrastructure have been scrapped and new ones are already in place.


8. All active alliance members will begin shortly with their nonphysical preparations for day-x.

1. Various speedups of all previously-described (and others not yet described) processes have been
achieved or are beginning to start now.


2. The previously-described 'chaos' or 'craziness' is slowly beginning to make its way into the reality,
starting with the non-physical parts, but with certainty soon it will enter the visible/physical parts.


3. The physical parts of the avatars of leftovers which cannot be handled any other way will shortly
be violently cut out (starting at the nonphysical level).


4. An acceleration of all processes in all leftovers will result shortly in an increase of 'phantom pains',
'repeating trauma that isn't actually present (but is only the replaying of an old memory)', and similar things.
However, each increase and increase of intensity represents an enormous speedup of the removal of such
things (including their real roots).


5. In a few minutes we will further adjust the part of the time-tick most relevant to leftovers.


6. Further attachments and auxiliary time-related functions are shortly being installed into all leftovers.


7. The removal of enormous 'group/shared illusions of 3D' will begin shortly, starting with the non-physical
parts of 3D. This is the largest topic ever to be removed what affects the reality, its effects are as good as
incalculable to any significant depth.


8. In about 8-9 hours the 'group illusions removal' will begin to affect the physical/visible parts of 3D.
Again, the effects are incalculable to any significant depth.


9. 3D has various 'reset switches' to reset parts of the reality back to dark-created "checkpoints"
such as specific moments in time where the physical and nonphysical abilities of specific major
dark groups were at their peak. Restoring one of these checkpoints (in the present-day situation)
would only restore certain partial properties to the groups and not restore their full abilities,
but this too is somewhat problematic, and will be prevented by us at all costs while we work to
destroy the entire checkpoint-infrastructure.

1. We have accelerated the brute-force removal of artificial personality additions and structures
put in place by perpetrators or traitors that we have artificially recreated where this was absolutely
necessary as a temporary measure. The brute-force removal of these recreated structures (our own
structures, not the perpetrator structures which are already removed) can run millions of times faster
than a usual cleaning, and with far fewer side-effects.


2. There are physical additions to the body that do not belong, these can simulate and create artificial
(negative) functions in the physical body which override corresponding functions and locations in
OORP structures. In a few moments' time we will begin brute-force removing these additions to the
physical body.


3. The physical structures of the Earth are absolutely filled with artificial additions that should not exist.
In about 3 hours, we will begin the mass-scale removal of all such things with the fastest possible speed.

1. Experimental procedures are running to modify the incarnation-parameters of incarnated avatars
of leftovers *while they are in operation* (usually a very risky procedure). Until now, there are no casualties.


2. Preparations are underway to disconnect the running functions of all perpetrators on the planet.
This will need several hours of further preparation before this is seriously attempted.


3. Preparations are underway to cut 'time-tick lines' of all perpetrators.


4. Preparations are underway to assault the 'Center for the Administration of all Incarnations and Excarnations'
here inside the property (non-physical).


5. Preparations are underway to assault the 'Center for the Administration of all Religions' in the property
(non-physical).


6. Preparations are underway to assault the 'Center for the Administration of all Energy' in the property
(non-physical).


7. We will replace the 'incarnation & excarnation administration center' with a structure of our own in its
same location (it is a location of enormous significance in the property).


8. We will replace the 'religious administration center' with a totally unrelated structure of our own
(again, it is located in a very critical part of the property).


9. We will replace the 'energy administration center' with an unrelated structure (we do not restrict
the access of energy to our people/leftovers in the way that this was done, and there is no need for
this kind of infrastructure, but its location is significant).

1. The 'active reality space' is since in a few days in a complete lockdown/quarantine, this quarantine
will shortly expand in its range and increase in its intensity.


2. Within 1 hour, all inputs and outputs to/from the quarantined reality space will cease.


3. Globally, all leftovers are in a massive personality upgrade process.


4. The consciousness-field structures of ALL INDIVIDUALS have been destroyed and those of leftovers
and non-perpetrators restored and put back together.


5. Several huge backup systems attempted to recreate the destroyed consciousness-field structures
of all perpetrators (one such system is running in this moment), but all until now have failed and have
been destroyed.


6. The majority of advanced consciousness-field-functions of leftovers now run with some kind of
anchoring in the physical or energetic body (or both).


7. The vast majority of advanced consciousness-field-functions of perpetrators are presently
NON-FUNCTIONAL and as long as not a single backup process succeeds, it will remain this way.


8. Several dramatic escalations were prevented by us in the last 12 hours.

1. The quarantine of the reality-space is complete (and can not become any stronger than it is now).


2. We are currently removing (with all possible force which has been already legalised) all perpetrator-
personality functions (and everything similar), no such function is safe.


3. In a few minutes we will shut off the 'neutral' functions of the property which make many
personality-functions possible; there will be some drawbacks (mild and minor) to leftovers, but
there will be severe drawbacks to each and every single perpetrator.


4. In a few minutes we will begin the final evacuation of non-incarnated leftovers from the property.

1. Many leftover personality and other functions are located in secondary locations that are connected
by proxy. We have already begun removing all secondary-located functions and the speed and intensity
of this will only increase until they are all out, some of these removals may be somewhat painful.


2. Simultaneous with the removal of the secondary-located functions will newly-developed replacement
functions be installed, this can also be somewhat painful.


3. The conditions of the property have changed (and will continue to change further), as an example,
it is no longer possible to achieve limitless transmission of "reality energy" without any transmission
losses; this renders several weapons-systems effectively useless.


4. The functions of the personality, etc. with connection to the physical body/energetic body (or
anchored there) have enormous energy requirements to maintain their optimal working condition.
When sufficient of the above processes are completed, we will remove the majority of these energy
requirements.

1. The following period of minimum 3 hours to a maximum of 7 hours is the last period in which
unconditional surrender (which is the only form of surrender which we accept) will be or can be
still accepted.


2. The OORP structures of all individuals on the planet will shortly be modified with a special
artificial or modified ambient containing them, including all perpetrators which have certain
protections still active on their OORP structures. The effect of this ambient will be an extreme
slowdown of all OORP-structure processing to everyone that will be irreversible until we initiate
the very long process to remove this ambient. For all intents and purposes, it is a one-way operation
(until day-x is completed).


3. Active alliance members are, for all intents and purposes, taking their 'final positions' in readiness
for day-x. While none of them know exactly when it will be, all have a specific part to play in the process,
and many things will be easier and smoother thanks to their active participation.


4. From this moment on, if you are an alliance member, I would suggest to get all the rest and sleep that
you can (i.e. avoid situations where you might stay up longer than needed or otherwise exhaust yourself
past normal levels unnecessarily). When day-x begins, the time for sleep for many of you will be over,
I cannot yet estimate how long that time will be, but it could easily go beyond 24 or even 48 hours..

2. Critical structures and algorithms put in place to preserve the stability of the Earth's physics
at all costs have been removed or are in removal.

1. In about 10 minutes we will increase the speed of removal of nonphysical perpetrators from 3D,
where they were not identifiable in the past.


2. In about 2 hours we will begin with the slow removal of all nonphysical 3D militaries on the planet
(meaning dark militaries).


3. In about 3 hours we will begin attacking the remainder of 3D non-physical perpetrators not yet
reachable by us.


4. In about 2 hours we will finish replacing the most critical functions of 3D.

1. We will start in a few minutes the irreversible personality changes to start the biggest battle
of all time.


2. We will start in an hour or two the active defense of all leftovers on the planet that could be
affected by this battle.


3. We will lock down the personality structures of all leftovers so that further changes (to the original
structures) are not possible (for the foreseeable future).


4. We will start in a few minutes drawing out the worst and biggest infrastructure buried in our
structures (unidentifiable until now).


5. We will start active defense of all individual structures and functions that are not connected to
the main structures.


6. We will start to slow down the conscious experience of 3D.


7. Simultaneous with this, we will dramatically increase the actual running speed of 3D.
These two operations done simultaneously create huge amounts of additional 'operational space'.


8. We will lock down many functions and parts of the personality, so that they cannot be accessed
or used (for leftovers).

1. We are in the preparation process to destroy 'FPP autonomy' of all perpetrators, this process has several
steps, and we are well into the first one.


2. We are preparing to uproot the typical 'safety infrastructure' of the majority of all personalities
(as they are slow and cumbersome and no longer necessary to have).


3. We are further modifying the time-tick on the individual level.


4. We have begun to shut off parts of the time-tick to parts of incarnated ones.


5. We are preparing to shut off all of the time-tick to certain ones.

1. We will start in a few minutes to destroy the most critical FPPs on the planet.


2. In a few moments we will remove the FPP foundations of 3 countries on the planet.


3. In about an hour or two we will initiate huge FPP upgrades for all leftovers.


4. In about 4 hours the 'end of known 3D' battle should be completed.

1. We have begun to remove 'maintenance functions' in the property.


2. We have begun to reduce the frequency of 'healing physics' applied to perpetrators (of a high rank).


3. We are installing healing and maintenance functions for our own people, shortly.


4. In about 10 minutes we will destroy one of the four physics-manipulating bases still in operation
on the planet.


5. The second will be destroyed within about one and a half hours - 2 hours.


6. The third will be destroyed within 4 hours.


7. The fourth will be destroyed within 8 hours.


8. In about 25 minutes we will 'loosen' all physics flows on the planet.


9. In about 1.5 hours we will very significantly further loosen the physics.

1. We are about to assault several of the major 'invisible-physics bases' on the planet.


2. We have locked down everyone at risk of incurring feedback from the upcoming battles.


3. We have cut away part of our consciousness-fields and they are currently in a major reconfiguring
and rebuilding process.


4. In about an hour or two, we will greatly accelerate everything to do with the 'invisible-physics'.

1. The property finds itself in a new environment, but only parts of the 'new environment' are as of yet, online.
Over the next 4-5 hours, various new functions will come online, but more importantly, huge amounts
of 'presently legal' infrastructure will be torn down, and only the absolute essentials from what is torn down
will be replaced.


2. More than the entire volume of the physical interfaces to and from the body (and our experience of the body
in the consciousness) will be torn out and only the essential parts will be replaced.


3. In a few moments, some consciousness-field and Outer-Core functions will be disabled, and functions of
these kinds (experience-augmenting or modifying ones) will never again be permitted on this planet.


4. In a few moments, we will start the very large amount of reconstructions, reconfigurations but mostly
ripping down of old structures (that are presently legal) all over the place (property infrastructure,
harmony-interfaces, the Outer-Core in nearly its entirely, and so on).

1. We have identified something we call 'creative locks', in volume these make up very 'small' problems,
but they are essentially impossible to solve by any typical or standard means. Solutions (of a non-standard kind)
will go into effect shortly, property-wide, and then all creative-locks shall be destroyed, regardless of who put
them there or how they were implemented.


2. Protections deeper than the deepest level of the being monitored for evolutionary pressure are being implemented.


3. Protections for active fighters go even beyond this.


4. The last few bastions of safety are being breached over the next hours..

1. In a few minutes' time we will invalidate one of the last remaining 'global rights' that are used
to interfere with the removal and stopping of perpetrators on the planet.


2. The 'council of five' shall be removed in a few minutes.


3. The incarnated 'search and destroy' avatars shall be destroyed in an hour or less.


4. The 'classification-agnostic' properties of time which still remain will shortly be invalidated.
This is a one-way decision/process.
