A few hours ago we started with global loading of all ambient water, including the water in air.

One effect is, that the known weather manipulations are based on unloaded water in ambient.
They stop working at a load level of ca. 18-20%.
We are loading up to 30% now.
This will need a few days.

I often hear from "older" relatives how the air was different 40-50 years ago...they can remember it was different.
They said they felt the air was charged.Like it was electric.
