Yesterday I felt really "off", like I was "out of synch", very flat in mood, with gripping pain in my right arm (no, I wasn't having a heart attack! ).
Today, I feel much better - did something "big" happen yesterday?

Re: Alc's Diet?
When I stick to what is similar to the Atkin Diet, I lose weight, have more physical energy, can think more clearly and am more stable in mood...I suppose everyone is different and I know what works for me :happy-sunshine: It's sticking to the plan that's the problem, especially when you're tempted!...

Re: Alc's Diet?
:greetings-waveyellow: Anna, I don't have diabetes, but I used to have low blood sugar attacks, so I started eating a low glycemic diet and it helped a lot. There are lots of easy little tricks like eating basmati rice instead of jasmine rice and cooking pasta al dente. I had a friend with Type 2 d...

Just added a diagram to make the understanding of the Protoi classifications a bit easier. Please check the first post to see it! Btw. making diagrams seems to be my new hobby, so be prepared for more of this kind :happy-smileyflower: :romance-grouphug: Sounds good to me! :handgestures-thumbup: Som...

:greetings-wavingyellow: :text-goodpost: A few suggestions: - explain abbreviations at least once eg Oneness Illusion Creation (OIC). I really struggled with the abbreviations when I first came here, and although it did make me search the forum for the explanations, I got a headache  - use hype...

Re: UK Membership of the European Union
Do you really have to vote? No, I don't, so thank you for challenging me on that...I need to lose some "mind conditioning" given I was brought up in a strongly political, trade union household and have played an active part in trade union politics in the past...mmm...I can just hear the r...

Dear Anna, I don't know the answer, I'm writing this post just because I want to let you know that my latest post in the Satire topic is a mere coincidence with this question. I read this later. By no means did I want to imply any reference. :greetings-waveyellow: Ah, beholder, I did see you...

Does it matter what the outcome of this vote will be? :confusion-shrug: No :happy-smileyflower: All governments (and riches) play games on our backs. UK Membership of the European Union
As you may know, UK members will be asked to vote on 23 June 2016 as to whether they wish to remain a member of, or leave, the European Union (EU). Up until I found this forum, I believed that it was important for the UK to leave the EU as this would go some way to the break up of the EU, and ultima...
