Hab mich wohl undeutlich ausgedrückt.

Gehe ins bett um 06:00 Uhr morgens und wache auf um 19:00 Uhr abends.

So ca. mit den zeiten. So vergeht halt der ganze Tag.

Naja ich hab probleme ins Bett zu gehen. Oft bin ich am PC verschwende meine Zeit mit sachen obwohl mein Körper mir meldet, "Du könntest jetzt ins Bett gehen" und ich bin halt wach bis 4-7 uhr morgens, obwohl ich schon sehr müde bin geh ich nicht ins bett, ich hab da so ein problem was mic...
